They are actively involved in various deals comprising acquisition of companies. The scope of work involved was right from the process of preparing information memorandum of the company being acquired including preparing financial projections, preparing the company for due diligence, getting due diligence done, negotiations, structuring of the deal from various perspective including taxation, documentations and agreements and final conclusion of the deal.
